How does purchasing a property from you work?
When browsing our site, if there is a property you would like to purchase, just click the “Reserve Now” button on the listing page. You will be directed to a form where you can fill out your information. After you submit the form we will be in touch with you usually within 24 business hours to arrange your purchase.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
Absolutely not! The price listed on our site is what you will pay for the property. If you wish to purchase the property through a title company so you can have title insurance, we do ask that you cover the cost of their services.
Are you a real estate agent?
No. We are not real estate agents. We are just real estate investors who love land.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We acquire our properties cheaply and wish to pass on our savings to other land lovers.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
As of right now, we are not offering our services to search for a particular type of property for you. If you have questions though about what property we have listed that may best suit your needs, please contact us and we will be glad to talk through it with you. Also, be sure to join our email list so you can find out about new properties as they become available.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
We have bought and sold enough properties to know what to look for in terms of the security of title on a property. We pass that assurance on to you when we sell to you. The best way to be sure that you have legal title to the property is to make your purchase through a title company or attorney, which we offer to facilitate on all sales so long as you are willing to pay the cost of the closing. If you do not wish to utilize a title company’s service, we are glad to walk you through the title situation on the property and show you that you will receive marketable title. At any point, we offer for you to take the time you need to consult with an attorney.
